FIRST CHALLENGE - EMBELLISHMENTS!

Happy Friday everyone and welcome to our very First Challenge here at Spellbinding Stamps by Nikki Burnette Blog!  Our first challenge for you is to create something that shows us EMBELLISHMENTS!  We are looking forward to seeing what you create.

As with any challenge, there must be rules, so here are ours - they can also be found under the Challenge Rules tab located under the blog header for easy reference:

1. Creations must be new for this challenge, meaning they must have been created and posted today or any of the days after today before the challenge closes.   Any backlinked entries are subject to removal.

2. You must follow the theme of each challenge.

3. You may use any images you wish, although we would love to see an image from The Fantasy Art Of Nikki Burnette Etsy Shop, it is not required to come play along. Your creation, however, must include some type of image - digi stamp, clip art, rubber/clear stamp, etc.

4. You can submit any types of papercraft or altered projects, you are not limited to just cards. In fact, we encourage all types of creative projects, mixed media, etc.:)

5. Please link to your creation for this challenge, not to your entire blog. If you wish to receive comments from our DT, please make sure Word Verification is turned off.

6. No limit on other challenges entered besides ours, but 3 entry limit per person on our challenge.

7. We will be offering a prize to 1 random winner of 1 digi stamp of choice from The Fantasy Art Of Nikki Burnette Etsy Shop.  We will additionally be offering the following:

-Artist's Choice winner (requires use of image from The Fantasy Art Of Nikki Burnette Etsy Shop), prize is 3 images of choice from shop

- Top 3 (any image may be used to qualify), 1st place will get to choose 3 images, 2nd place 2 images and 3rd place 1 image.  **The Top 3 is subject to having at least 15 total entries, so make sure to send your friends on over to play along!!

Our challenge will last just about 2 weeks, the current challenge will close at 10pm EST on Thursday Oct. 8.  Winners will be announced with new challenge the following day.

IT'S TIME FOR A DT CALL!!

It's time for a DT CALL here at Spellbinding Stamps by Nikki Burnette!!   Spellbinding Stamps by Nikki Burnette features the amazing fantasy art of talented illustrator Nikki Burnette.  You can find all the images at The Fantasy Art of Nikki Burnette Etsy Shop.  If you love Nikki’s images and would like to help promote them as part of the Spellbinding Stamps by Nikki Burnette DT, then make sure to read the following so you can apply to join our DT!

We are looking for designers:

 - To create  two challenge projects per month using Nikki’s images and be published on the Spellbinding Stamps by Nikki Burnette blog and your own blog.

-To take good photos of your work.

- To participate in the Facebook group and blog. i.e. challenges, (which will begin during the DT term) & blog hops

- To commit to being part of our team for the next 6 months.

- To have FUN and be able to stretch your creativity!

Design team benefits include:

-Each Design Team member will get 2 FREE Digital Stamps per month as well as a coupon code for a percentage off all other purchases from The Fantasy Art of Nikki Burnette Etsy Shop.

- Each member will be provided with a Design Team Badge to put in the sidebar of their blog.

-Each member will be promoted on Facebook and on the blog whenever possible (we hope they will do the same on their personal blogs and FB pages.. a win/win for everyone!).

- Each Design Team Member will be joined in to a private Facebook group where  we can chat among ourselves and with Nikki.

 If you agree with all of the above and are interested in applying, please e-mail the following to Audrey at danmoose@aol.com - include Nikki Burnette DT CALL in the subject line-

1. Name and blog address

2. A bit about your yourself as well as some info. regarding your crafty background

3. Any additional crafting forums or social media outlets to which you belong

 **As part of the call, once the above information is received, Audrey will provide you with one of Nikki’s images that we would like you to color and then send back to Audrey.  We’d love to see it used in any sort of project as well, but that is optional.**

Looking forward to hearing from you.  Applications will be accepted through July 20, 2015.  Since you will need some time to color (and hopefully create) with the image, please don’t wait until the last minute to apply.  Thanks!  Hugs and good luck:)
